Q: What happens after I submit my information?
A: You will be sent an email to confirm your subscription to the Free DISC Resources. Follow the instructions in the email, and your download link should arrive in under 5 minutes.
Q: What does “subscription” mean when I verify my email address? I only want the free resources.
A: Ask and you shall receive! But wait, there’s more! If we make updates to these resources in the future, or add new ones, you will be notified so long as you remain on the subscription. In other words, you will only receive information relevant to the free resources and you can opt-out at any time.
Q: I’ve waited five minutes and haven’t received anything. What should I do?
A: Check your spam/junk folders to ensure it hasn’t been filtered out. If it has, be sure to mark the email as “trusted” so you will receive anything you may request from us in the future.
